Secure Online Credit Card Orders

As you browse, decide which product(s) you would like to order and add them to your cart by clicking on the Add to Cart button on the applicable product page. You can then choose to continue shopping or checkout. Remember, you can remove selections from your cart at any time. When you do decide to checkout, our system will walk you through the process. You will be asked to choose a shipping method so that the final calculations can be made for your order. Choose continue to enter the applicable billing and shipping information and then choose "Credit Card" as your payment option and enter the applicable information. Upon completion of your order you will be sent a copy of your order invoice via email.
Once we have receipt of your order, upon approval, your item(s) will be processed for delivery within 1 to 3 business days and then shipped as outlined below.

We also accept payments via PayPal. PayPal is an account-based system that lets anyone with an email address securely send online payments using a credit card, a debit card or a bank account.
If you would like to pay for an order using PayPal, simply place the order online and choose "PayPal" as your payment option during checkout and our system will walk you through the process.
Telephone or Mail Orders
In an effort to keep our operating costs low so that we can offer you the most competitive prices on Body Crystals and Tattoos, we do not take phone or mail orders as all of our inventory tracking, payment processing and tracking of shipments is accomplished online only. If you need to contact us for any reason, please utilize our Online Contact Form and we shall respond promptly.
Shipping/Handling
PLEASE NOTE: To protect our customers from credit card fraud, we only ship to the actual billing address on file with your credit card company. We do NOT ship to secondary addresses or addresses other than those on file with your credit card company. If you need your order shipped to an address other than that on file with your credit card company, you can always pay with PayPal (see above) as the address restrictions do not apply to that payment method.
United States and U.S. Territories
Shipping charges for items purchased from CrystalBodyTattoos.com are determined by the overall weight of the order to your location, plus a minor 25 cent processing fee.
Orders are shipped every Monday, Wednesday and Friday and are sent by Priority Mail (2 to 3 delivery days based on your location) with Delivery Confirmation via the United States Postal Service. We do NOT offer overnight shipping.
Add the items you are interested in to your cart, and you will see a "Shipping Calculator" directly below your cart contents. Simply enter your Zip Code to determine the shipping costs before actually checking out.
Once you proceed through checkout and your Credit Card is approved, your item(s) will be processed for delivery within 1 to 3 business days - usually faster. All charges will appear on the invoice that you will be able to review before finalizing your purchase.
To note, we can not ship on the below dates as a result of the USPS being closed in observance of the noted Federal Holidays:

A Note About USPS Delivery Confirmation
As your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, it will be assigned a Delivery Confirmation number at no charge to you. This is NOT a tracking number that shows the packages in route status, but rather a USPS Service that provides the date and time they accepted the package and the date, ZIP Code and the time your package was actually delivered, once it has been delivered. Until the actual delivery attempt, the USPS Web Site may simply state that the package has been received/accepted by the Senatobia, Mississippi Post Office.
Lost Shipments
We are not responsible for lost, undeliverable, misplaced or stolen items once your order has been shipped and placed in the hands of the United States Postal Service.
Since we use Delivery Confirmation on all orders shipped, you can check the status of your order, using the Delivery Confirmation Number that was emailed to you when we shipped the package, 24/7 at:

If your package status shows "delivered" at the United States Postal Service Web site and you have not received it, before contacting us, you will need to contact your local post office. We are unable to instruct the United States Postal Service on how or when to leave packages at the shipping address. If they leave the package on your doorstep, a porch, it is signed for by a neighbor, etc. then it is your responsibility. It is ultimately at the carrier's discretion to decide how and when to leave a package, hence why you will have to contact them accordingly since it is out of our control.
Refunds for nondelivery of items will be on a case by case basis at our discretion.
International (Orders outside the U.S.A.)
Currently, CrystalBodyTattoos.com does not ship internationally. Sorry!
Minimum Order Requirement
Due to the affordable nature of our products, there is a $9.99 minimum order requirement.
Wholesale
Although our products are already quite affordable (Swarovski Crystal Tattoos can retail from $10.00 and up!), we are currently set-up for retail only and do not offer wholesale accounts at this time. HOWEVER, if you are interested in buying a substantial quantity of tattoos, just contact us and we can send you coupon codes that will be based on order total and/or quantity purchased (discounts begin for orders $150.00 and over.)
Custom Tattoos
Unfortunately, we are not actual the actual manufacturers of the Crystal Tattoos, hence we would be unable to assist you with your custom order, however, the Swarovski line of Crystal Tattoos are actually individual stones that can be applied in the pattern supplied or individually with tweezers (for instance, the 4 row tattoo has 40 stones that can be applied in any pattern).
Crystal tattoos that are not individual stones, will state in the description, something along the lines of "stones are mounted to a 'template' that is applied to the skin."
Return Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products, all returned items must be in the same condition in which they were sent and must not have been opened or worn to be accepted for a full refund. If it is determined there is a quality issue with your purchase, then you will be instructed to return the unused portion of the product for a quality assessment. If the item is not physically returned, then no refund will be given.
If you are not completely satisfied with your CrystalBodyTattoos.com purchase, just log in to your account and complete the Return Merchandise Authorization form, or email support@crystalbodytattoos.com, giving your reason for return, and we will provide an RMA number. You can then return the unused / unopened product within 10 days for a refund - less applicable initial shipping and handling charges.
Sales Tax
All Mississippi residents will be assessed a 7% sales tax. Sorry man... not our choice. ;-)
