What Credit Cards do you accept?

Secure Online Credit Card Orders

As you browse, decide which product(s) you would like to order and add them to your cart by clicking on the Add to Your Cart button on the applicable product page. You can then choose to continue shopping or checkout. Remember, you can remove selections from your cart at any time. When you do decide to checkout, our system will walk you through the process. Choose "Proceed to Checkout" from the shopping cart page to enter the applicable billing and shipping information and then choose "Credit Card" as your payment option and enter the applicable information. Upon completion of your order you will be sent a copy of your order invoice via email.



Once I have receipt of your order, your item(s) will be processed for delivery and then shipped as outlined below.

Do you accept PayPal?

I also accept payments via PayPal. PayPal is an account-based system that lets anyone with an email address securely send online payments using a credit card, a debit card or a bank account.



If you would like to pay for an order using PayPal, simply place the order online and choose "PayPal" as your payment option during checkout and the system will walk you through the process.

Do you take Telephone, FAX or Mail/e-mail Orders?

In an effort to keep my operating costs low so that I can offer you the most competitive prices on Body Crystals and Tattoos, I do not take phone, fax or mail/e-mail orders as all of the inventory tracking, payment processing and tracking of shipments is accomplished online only. If you need to contact me for any reason, please utilize my Online Contact Form and I shall respond promptly.

I have a coupon... where do I enter it?



When discounts are offered -- If you have a coupon code, proceed to checkout and click the "Have a coupon/gift cert?" link to enter your coupon code, then click "apply". Your shopping cart will be automatically updated to reflect the discount amount and you can proceed through checkout.

Order Revisions
PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST ENTER YOUR COUPON CODE WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER AS ORDERS WILL NOT BE REVISED TO INCLUDE DISCOUNTS ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACED.

Do you have a minimum order amount?

Due to the affordable nature of my products, there is a $9.99 minimum order requirement.

How do I know you have the quantity I need?

CrystalBodyTattoos.com utilizes real-time inventory and this Web site will only allow you to order what is actually in stock of any given style. If you try to add more to your cart than I have in stock, a message will appear on the top of the shopping cart letting you know the quantity actually available. Your cart is then updated to reflect that quantity. In the very rare event I am out of stock of a product you have ordered, you will be notified immediately via email as to your options, i.e. different color, delete that item from the order and revise order total, cancel order, etc.

Do you offer wholesale accounts?

I am currently set-up for retail only and do not offer wholesale accounts at this time.

To note: My products are already quite affordable (I have the lowest prices on the Web for Swarovski® Crystal Tattoos and have not exorbitantly raised the prices when Swarovski® announced their retirement) and they can retail for at least double to triple my prices based on your market. (Just check out the prices eBay!)

Shipping F.A.Q's

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday) and are sent as outlined below with Tracking Confirmation via the United States Postal Service. I do NOT offer Overnight, 2nd Day Air or Expedited shipping since all orders are already shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday).

Once you proceed through checkout and your Credit Card is approved, your item(s) will be processed for delivery. All charges will appear on the the order review page that you will be able to review before finalizing your purchase.

To note, I can not ship on the below dates as a result of the USPS or CrystalBodyTattoos.com being closed in observance of the noted 2024 Federal Holidays:

Where do you ship? How do you ship? How much is shipping?

United States and U.S. Territories

You will have a choice during checkout to choose USPS 3-5 Day Ground Advantage or USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail with shipping calculated based on cumulative weight of your order. These rates are lower than the retail rates you would pay at the post office and there are NO HANDLING OR PROCESSING FEES added.

PLEASE NOTE: High value orders will be sent with Signature Confirmation required at delivery at no extra cost to you. I do this to protect both of us and ensure receipt of high value orders.

A Note About USPS Tracking
As your order will be shipped via the Untied States Postal Service, it will be assigned a Delivery Confirmation Tracking Number at no charge to you. This is a USPS Service that provides the date and time they accepted the package, along with the progress of your order through their system, and finally the date and time your package was actually delivered, once it has been delivered. Until your order arrives at a main hub, the USPS Web Site may simply state that the package has been received/accepted by the Senatobia, Mississippi Post Office.

Lost Shipments and/or Stolen Orders
I am not responsible for lost, undeliverable, misplaced or stolen items once your order has been shipped and placed in the hands of the United States Postal Service.

Since I use Delivery Confirmation on all orders shipped, you can check the status of your order, using the Delivery Confirmation Tracking Number that was emailed to you when I shipped the package, by logging into your CrystalBodyTattoos.com account or 24/7 at:

If your package status shows "DELIVERED" at the United States Postal Service Web site and you have not received it, before contacting me, you will need to contact your local post office. I am unable to instruct the United States Postal Service on how or when to leave packages at the shipping address. If they leave the package on your doorstep, a porch, it is signed for by a neighbor, etc. then it is your responsibility. It is ultimately at the carrier's discretion to decide how and when to leave a package, hence why you will have to contact them accordingly since it is out of my control. Also note, all orders are sent insured since they are sent via Priority Mail.

Refunds for nondelivery of items will be on a case by case basis at my discretion.

Packages returned as Non-Deliverable or Unclaimed
If your order/package is returned here as undeliverable or unclaimed, a refund will be issued less applicable initial shipping and handling charges.


Orders Outside of United States

Unfortunately, we no longer offer International shipping to countries outside the United States due to excessive custom requirements & shipping costs charged by the U.S. Postal Service, along with delivery issues outside the United States.

If you have friends in the U.S., you can always place an order to be shipped to their address and then they can ship it to you in your country. There are also services available, like USA2me.com or MyUS.com, that allow you to have a U.S. address and then they forward to you accordingly.

Is it true that Swarovski® isn't making Crystal Tattoos anymore?

Yes, that is true. Swarovski® ceased manufacturing their Crystal Tattoo line to the general public.

CrystalBodyTattoos.com is currently sourcing different/other manufacturers in hopes of continuing to offer crystal tattoos made with Swarovski® Crystals... so stay tuned.

How do I know your Swarovski® Crystal Tattoos are real Swarovski® Crystals?

All Swarovski® Crystal Tattoos offered on CrystalBodyTattoos.com were purchased directly from Swarovski® so you know you are getting Crystal Tattoos using genuine Swarovski® Crystal.

CrystalBodyTattoos.com has been selling Swarovski® Crystal Tattoos online for 20 years and has an impeccable reputation. There is no way I -- or Swarovski® -- would allow us to brand and sell something under the Swarovski® name that is not actually Swarovski®. They protect their brand vigorously.

Can you make custom tattoos?

As I am not the actual manufacturer of the crystal tattoos, and since Swarovski® recently ceased manufacturing them I am no longer able to submit custom crystal tattoo quotes to them, so the short answer is no.

Just to note, if you are looking for a small quantity of a custom design, the Swarovski® line of Crystal Tattoos that I carry are actually individual stones that can be applied in the pattern supplied or individually with tweezers in your desired pattern.

Crystal tattoos that are not individual stones, will state in the description, something along the lines of "stones are mounted to a 'template' that is applied to the skin."

Can you send me a printed catalog?

Policy F.A.Q's

Can I cancel my order before it has shipped?

If the order has already shipped, then you will need to follow the return policy below upon receipt of the order.

Please ensure you intend to order before canceling since there will be a cost associated with cancelling your order. If the order has NOT yet shipped, I can cancel your order and refund the order amount LESS THE 3.2% CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE that I am charged by PayPal Merchant Services. Since they have instituted this policy of NOT refunding the 3.2% fee charged for processing the transaction when completing full or partial refunds, I can not simply absorb that cost because you have decided to cancel.

What is your return policy?

Due to the intimate nature of these products, all returned items must be in the same condition in which they were sent and must not have been opened or worn to be accepted for a full refund. If it is determined there is a quality issue with your purchase, then you will be instructed to return the unused portion of the product for a quality assessment. If the item is not physically returned, then no refund will be given.

If you are not completely satisfied with your CrystalBodyTattoos.com purchase, just log in to your account and complete the Return Merchandise Authorization form, or email support@crystalbodytattoos.com, giving your reason for return, and I will provide an RMA number. You can then return the unused / unopened product within 10 days for a refund - less applicable initial shipping and handling charges and the 3.2% payment processing fee as outlined above.

If you have an e-commerce Web site, the answer is No. All product images, all graphics, all text and all product descriptions are copyright CrystalBodyTattoos.com. You can easily take your own images and write your own unique text for your Web site. Be original! ;-)

For media, press or inquiries for other types of Web Sites (i.e. informational, blogs, services, etc.) regarding the use of my product images or text, please email your request to support@crystalbodytattoos.com and I will assess and advise as to my photo credit and text credit requirements.
